Space Invaders A/S seeks: Managing Director responsible for branding, sales and investor-relations

Qualifications
- A minimum of three years experience as Managing Director, preferably from the IT-industry
- Experience with entrepreneurship and company start up
- Experience with product-development, preferably in IT-related areas
- Experience with large-scale sales and investor-relations
- A formal business education, preferably supplemented with an MBA in management or organizational development
- Working-knowledge of Danish, EU and international tax and company-laws
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Danish skills and a third language will be an advantage but not a prerequisite

The Job
- You will be responsible for establishing and managing a world-class, digital learning and production environment; strategy, financing and day-to-day operation
- You will be responsible for all major sales and investor-relations
- You will be responsible for external communication and branding: Media, investors, costumers, partners, guests, businesses and educational institutions
- You will have the overall responsibility for the welfare of the environment; 30 - 50 participants, 5 - 10 employees and a number of major investors, costumers and official partners
- You will have responsibilities as a teacher and coach in areas related to your specific skills and management in general
- You will be expected to establish and expand Space Invaders A/S environments in a number of European capitols
- You will refer directly to the board

Space Invaders A/S is the commercial conclusion of the first and most dynamic digital multimedia-education in Denmark; Space Invaders. In December 1999, the board of Space Invaders decided to recreate the institution by transferring the brand, the knowledge and the culture of Space Invaders into a commercially managed structure, Space Invaders A/S. Since 1993, Space Invaders has successfully trained hundreds of young talents, providing them with the personal and professional skills necessary to enjoy the opportunities and challenges of the digital potential in the new economy. Space Invaders has, since take off, continued to set new standards for multimedia-education and has, in one way or another, been a rolemodel for most existing multimedia-educations in Denmark.
